Our collaboration with Steadforce as the technical implementation partner was instrumental in the success of the MTS project. We took charge of the vision design, leading efforts in prototyping and extensive UX testing to optimise the user experience. Design research informed an intuitive interface tailored to user needs, while continuous user testing uncovered and refined potential pain points. Sanity checks throughout the process maintained consistency and usability. By working closely with Steadforce, we ensured that every design element was both functional and aligned with the project’s goals. Together, we delivered a working MVP that not only met technical requirements but also provided a seamless and user-friendly experience.
