Sparkasse
Sparkasse, one of Germany's leading financial institutions, partnered with us to explore how users engage with their digital banking services. Through focused user research, we addressed a key question: Are users willing to use two separate apps for TAN transactions and regular banking?
In addition to this research, we conducted a small UX audit to evaluate the overall experience of the app. Our findings provided Sparkasse with actionable recommendations to improve usability and streamline the banking process—offering insights without implementing design changes.
